Bosch maxx 5 WAA24162GB - not taking softner

Hi,

I have this machine http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/product/444359/BOSCH-WAA24162GB

and it has stopped taking softner from the drawer - I'm guessing it might just be blocked up but I've lost the manual & can't even get the drawer section out to clean in - it seems to be blocked by a plastic tab.

Anyone know if the drawer should come out or got a link to a manual I can download?

but there doesn't seem to be a register option - just a login option - do you know how I can register to get access to whatever you can see?
