Bosch Maxx WFL245S

Hello, my first post!
I have a Bosch Maxx WFL245S washing machine. Irritatingly, the time it takes to wash on the 30 degree programme varies. The first time I use it, the wash takes about an hour. If I then use it straight after, the same wash takes up to 2.5 hours. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Normally not a fault.
Program times can vary according what you put in there & if extra functions are selected.
Washing at a lower temperatures than recommended isn't effective or good for the machine. All explained in your user manual.
