bosch psb 18 li-2

just bought this drill an started myt first job with it, making a bench. i've found the the drill bits keep dropping out after a few holes. im fixing the bit it in as tight as it will go.

any advice? anybody experienced this before?

Take it back and get it replaced, could just be a dodgy chuck
