Bosch SGS56F02GB/45 - bottom spray arm not turning

Hi Guys
I am hoping you maybe able to help.
We have. Bosch Dishwasher and the bottom spray arm appears not to be turning.
I have removed the arm, and there seems to be loads of pressure.
The arm does not appear to have a blackage.
Any Ideas?

Not sure about that model number doesn't come up on my system,but usually that fault is due to the distributor failing and not switching the water from top to bottom.This is part of the heater unit.
