The timer switch on the dryer has gone (ie just goes round and round cannot set). Does anyone know where I can get a cheap (reasonably priced) timer switch and how do I get the old one off. I have been quoted £57 for the switch.

this is not a model I have any experience with but generally the knobs on washer /driers just come off the spindle by gently coaxing it forward with a small blade screwdriver once this is done check the spindle socket on the knob itself as more often it is the knob itself that is stripped and not the timer unit. The knob will be considerably cheaper than the timer. good luck
