I have a Bosch exxel1200 (wfo2465gb) washer and it went bang ! My wife said it was a mechanical bang rather than an electronic one but this should probably be discounted as concrete evidence !
The lights come on and the door locks, the display is functioning as normal - even counting down in time but nothing happens. There is a faint hum from somewhere in the m/c.
Can anyone offer advise please - two small children generate a lot of washing !!!!
