Bosch washing machine fault F43

Hi bought a new Bosch washing machine WIS28440GB, was installed a week ago..I used it 4 times and came up with F43 fault..the emergency unlock of door does not work and washing load still inside the appliance...
any clue? Thanks

F43 = Motor problem. Preform an emergency drain as per your user manual. Open the door, remove the washing & make sure the drum rotates freely by hand. Then make your warranty call to wherever you bought it.
