Bosch washing machine tearing clothes

Hi. I have searched the forum for this but cannot find any reference.

My Bosch washer has started tearing clothes.

I guess they are getting caught down the side of the drum.

Any pointers before I start investigating?

Door seal?

Check the drum by hand , bra wires etc can damage the drum causing high spots, not visible but can be felt, turns the drum into a cheese grater.
