Bosch WF02865, has like brown a scale in water,

Hello,

I have a Bosch WF02865 and has started leaving my washing very dirty. I have run it through on a very hot wash with no load. Also cleaned the drum and inside.
When I run a pre-wash I can see this like brown cardboard type sludge in the water.
I would appreciate if any one had any advice on this.
