Bosch WFB 2005 Washing machine door stuck

Hi,

Can anybody help please?

Machine has gone through its cycle and pumped out water from drum but door refuses to open.

I have emptied the water and cleaned the pump filter on the front panel but it refuses to open.

I have even give it a swift 'knock' around the door panel area hoping it was just jammed?

Any idea please?

Does this model have a pheumatic air lock?

Remove lid and place hand down inside to release lock

If you do this please make sure the washer is switched off at the supply, there will be live parts you could come into contact with.
