Are new motor brushes easy to fit or do i need some specialist kit.

they are easy enough to fit, but a pain as from my experience the Bosch unit you have is a metal casing with brushes fitted, the whole unit is the replacement whic is pretty costly. I may be wrong but certainly on two that i have done the whole unit needed to be replaced at a cost of around £50 just for the brush assembly unit.
