The conditioner is staying in the dispenser rather than being washed in. Any help greatly appretiated. Also, delicate wash cycle stoped working.

Had the same problem. Take the draw out above the conditioner tray you will see 4 holes, these may look ok but are probably blocked use a toothbrush and hot water also find something to poke into the hole. If you get lots of black out then try it after.

in addition to the last post, if you have water or conditioner in your drawer left over from the previous cycle, your drawer syphon could be blocked.
a more technical cause could be that the conditioner solenoid coil has gone open circuit.
try the simple thigs first before checking the coil.
