The washing machine is full of water, normal level that is, and does not drain or spin. The pump makes a funny noise. The filter is clear. It is a Bosch wff 20, but above this it says Wfk22, about 6 years old. Where should I look first before spending 100 quid just so the engineer can loosen one screw, twist the dufa and is gone before the kettle boiled?
