can't remove pump cover, we believe that the filter is blocked we can turn the threaded part but the plastic gasket bit at the back will not pull off with it we have tried everything pliers etc etc ? even rang Bosc who recommeded an engineer (funny that !)HELP anyone
There may be a foreign body such as a bra wire jammed in there. In such cases you sometimes have to take the front off the machine, remove the hoses from pump housing and then remove the object though the hose orifices.
