Bosch WFK 2401 Door does not open showing 01 Code

Front door will not open I have checked the pump blades for blockage,

Drained the water from the front drain

Ran drain cycle

turned off and on machine

Nothing does anybody have any ideas been at this for 3 weeks please help

Has anybody had this same problem? with their Bosch?
