Bosch WFK 2401

Have a Bosch front load washer, it constantly stops with 1 minute left on its cycle and keeps the door locked.
Usually the door unlocks after I unplug the washer (after a few minutes).
Now it won't even do that.
I have performed all the required care and cleaning on the unit.
I would appreciate any help.
