Bosch WFT2800 not heating

Hi,
My Bosch WFT2800 washer dryer has stopped heating (no other problems however). I've had the back off and the lid, but am not absolutely sure where either the reset button for the thermostat is (if there is one), or the heating element. Could anyone advise on where each of these is located, so I can reset thermostat or check element?
