When I set washing machine on a programme it will not work, it just states a message FO1 on screen which apparently means the door is not shut or there is something caught in it. Tried shutting door several times but still not working. Any ideas?

have you tried removing the power for a few minutes....I presume there will be a PCB of sorts inside, and maybe this will help to clear any funny errors...?
