I have recently had a 40 CDi installed, the was a strange squeak noise coming from the boiler when the heating was on and them a demand for hot water. Placed a call with Bosch and they sent a engineer to fix the problem. He said that it was the diverter valve, which he changed - problem still existed, he then changed the pump - problem still existed!
Re-booked a call at Bosch and a new 'tech' turned up to fix the problem, apparently he "added a valve to the manifold". The squeak noise is less but still there.
My question is " Should there be any noise from the boiler when it switches from heating to hot water " ?
Any help much appreciated.
