I have this machine, which is now 2.5 years old and not used all that frequently, I recently moved it to lay floor tiles and found 2 springs with plastic caps had fallen out of the bottom, I ASSUMED thse were transit springs and not really necessary, however, since the machine went back in its hole it does not seem to spin as well as it did, any ideas what these springs are for?, where they go?. Do I need them?, or is there a specialist who will come to Tower bridge and fix it for me?
