Got a new Bosch WVT1260 three weeks ago.Now the dryer wont dry after 50 mins drying. Any ideas please or is the heater stuffed?

Problem solved! Engineer called, took lid off and pressed a tiny button on top of the heater which I believe is some sort of cut out.
