Bossed apron

Guys,
I need to do one of these as my new "lean to" roof runs into a small stack (~50cm wide*20cm deep)

Do i just form the apron in situ stretching the lead?(will this weaken the lead?...should i apply heat?

I have already chased around the stack 100mm above the slates.

Any tips be great...leadwork so far has worked out better than i expected...soakers and aprons!

Anyone any tips??..Im held up on this @ the mo. and dont want to risk wasting a pile of lead experimenting.
Ive done 3 internal corners already but the External corners on the front chimney apron have me bamboozled!
