We have a 10ft high by 60 ft boundary wall the bottom half of which is supporting a field. Over the years the soil has pushed against it and it now has cracks and a very definite lean. It has been condemned.
We need to replace it at a large cost. Does anyone think we have cause to approach farmer who owns field to discuss his involvement in the cost? His soil movement has caused this.
