Possibly silicone eater and a scraper for the worst bits and a small rotary brush (the type that look like a tu-tu for want if a better description, i.e. not a cup brush) used very gently on an electric drill for the final clean-up. I have done this on our house (sand stone). Success rate might well depend on the texture of the brick surfaces
