I wonder if anyone can offer me some advice. I’m planning on laying a smal 2x3m patio area off the back of our house on MOT and sharp sand. We have very clay soil and have been advised to lay a woven geotextile to help with ground stabilisation.
The garden slopes away from the house so I intend to lay a brick edging on the far edge on a mortar windrow and haunching. Should I lay the edging in first and lay the geotextile and MOT inside or lay the edging on top of the woven geotextile, let it dry then fill with MOT?
