Bristan bar shower

Cant seem to get any hot water from my shower even though the bar gets hot, Looking on Bristans website you cant get any spare parts for this so it will have to be replaced ?

If i buy another make will it attach to the same fixings.

Most bar showers have 150mm pipe centers and hw on lhs, so would be a straight swap. Worth checking that the filters on the inlets are clear and that you've got flow on both hot and cold ok first though.
