bristan oval shower

Hi am looking for some help please.
With a bristan oval thermostatic wall flush shower, only getting 40 deg when on hottest setting ,boiler hotwater set to max .Can anyone advise of a parts stockist or possible fix.

Go direct to Bristan via their website. May just need max temp resetting or the thermostatic cartridge may need cleaning or replacing. Bristan stuff usually carries a 5 year warranty and they may send spares FOC if you can prove age.

I have been given an answer to your question by a colleague at Bristan:

The problem is more than likely the cartridge just needs removing cleaning of scale an the o-ring on the piston greasing, then reset the temp' following the instructions.
