I have mentioned this before.

Maybe that is why we have seen little betterment in the situation with the NHS... Someone nicked all the dosh.
Good isn't it? Nurses will probably find that under the new 'Agenda for Change' they will need nonsensical qualifications to even attain grades below that of 'Consultant Nurse'. Ah ha, now we possibly find a tool enabling trusts to effectively downgrade their nursing staff.
Guess the 'Too posh to wash ...' ranks will increase then.

They earn almost as much in a year as footballers earn in a week.

It works out at about £50 per hour,

How much do solicitors and accountants and surveyors and architects charge per hour?

True, but I do not pay for them when not making use of their services.

I am thinking in terms of the increases, with pretty much a drop in workload, as in not covering out of hours work, Midwives for example, have to be 'oncall' for a pretty low premium payment.. and they have to provide a car.
