if you declare the fault(s) at the time of phoning for a contact they will fix certain faults on boilers or radiators and some system faults in return for a higher monthly charge for your first year...this can work out well if its a major fault and the monthly charge isnt that bad.
they wont alter pipework or deal with corrosion issues or blockages etc.
