British missiles in Ukraine

As for the tanks one of the so called best tanks in the world the abrams the far superior russian weapons have decimated them and the few they have left they are holding back now .
Down basically to relatively cheap drones. I think everyone will be revaluating their tactics given what drones have achieved.

From discussion with family members in the forces.. the big issue with the Russian tanks is the lack of protection for the ammo. Hence a well placed grenade through an open hatch has a good chance of igniting the ammo.

I don't buy Corbyn's claim that allowing British missiles to be used is an act of war. I would have thought chemical and radioactive weapons being used on British soil would have also been such an act.

If you watched the 'security brief' on the BeeB last night, you'd know the next gen. of military hardware will be equipped with a thought processor which will translate facial gestures into commands for weapon systems: an eye blink could send an anti tank missile on the target; a raised eyebrow could take out aircraft - Roger Moore would've loved it.

The USSR kit is also smaller and lighter than NATO. To keep similar or greater firepower to bigger NATO tanks that comes at a cost to crew count, rear/side protection.

Cheap consumer drones generally can't kill a tank, they can finish an abandoned one off but as a rule they don't have the power to penetrate armour. Most of the drone kill footage is after a tank threw a track , ran out of fuel or was immobilised by artillery or other weapons. Historically the most common reason to lose a tank is it broke down or ran out of fuel. A tank that can't move will get either a grenade through a hatch or a 155 shell on the roof.

And Corbyn is talking out his arse.

The way I see it is that he announced to the world he was going to do WTF he fancied and "you will not stop me".

We have pretty much allowed him to carry on as he pleases. We have to intervene now and help as much as possible, otherwise he will get the idea that he can do what he likes. He has to be taken down a peg or two.

As for pushing the button, he wouldn't dare. He knows that would be the end of everything and he loves himself too much to do that.

He was a bully as a child and nothing has changed. We need to stand up to him.
At the outset some hawks were saying the west had to fight him directly otherwise he will get away with aggression next time he invades another country. He is too rational a person to push the nuclear button over ukrane, but there are plenty of civilian nuclear targets he could go for first, or nuclear tipped weapons

Pootin has cried out escalation ever since the west have supported ukrane going back to 2014 and before. He's too rational to self destruct, but the fear he creates weakens western resolve/public opinion. Boots on tne ground will win and he has a limitless supply. The UK should be massively extending sanctions and creating a presumption that russsians living here are his enablers.
How well have sanctions worked so far.
All they achieved was cause a cost of living crisis in Britain and drive fuel costs through the roof.
Meanwhile the Russian economy grew faster than the UKs.

Interesting insight as to why Biden and Starmer have authorised the use of missiles into Russian territory.

Range rovers have been getting through to the olligarcs

Pootin's sanctions have done that

70/80 per cent given over to arms and the war effort. Sounds like Germany building autobahns in the 1930's. The UK should confiscate a few more foreign assets or at least tax them, it might even help fill the black hole.

Where do you get your info from Notch.
Russia has millions of shells left over from the cold war.
These stockpiles are are reaching their use by date.
That is why they are using them as glide bombs.

No, Russian artillery use has dropped dramatically and they're importing from Iran and North Korea.

Their stockpiles of tanks and armoured vehicles have been steadily depleted, although they're not empty yet they've been reactivating their equipment that was in the best condition and they're down to the dregs for some types now. No more BMP3s available so they're using BMP2s and even BMP1s.

Or lada cars

Perhaps trump will indirectly help out the Ukraine by bombing the mad mullers who are supplying poo tin with drones and missiles ??

Direct confrontation with poo tin is probably inevitable ????

Start digging

Stock pile grub ( tinned grub)

Torch
