Hi all I’ve had a look through the forums and would really like some help please. Is there anyone in this forum who would be able to service a Britony 2T?
had a plumber round who had never seen one of these and used the manual to change the diaphragm, the water governor and the temp valve which was seized. However now the boiler is leaking. Reading through it seems the water section needs a good seal.
Is there anyone that may be able to come to sort this thing? I am in East London Barking area. No plumbers I have called know anything about this heater. I cannot afford to change it now and there is no electric socket nearby to upgrade to a newer boiler.
I am in a 2 bed apartment with no central heating (all electric) so really only require a water heater. Is there a model that could fit the same pipe work or would any heater need new pipe work done too?
I am saving up to do the kitchen and bathroom together at which time I would be replacing the heater with a newer model but for the time being just need it working with no leaks.
