anyone point me in the right direction for a maintenance manual for the above model????

You can download the Installation Guide, the Service Instruction Guide and the User Guide (all as pdf files) from the manufacturer's website HERE.

Just scroll down to the "Discontinued Gas Boilers" section, right-click the manual that you want and select "Save Target As... " from the menu.

I've just clicked the link, and it worked fine.

Try starting from Chaffoteaux's UK home page (www.chaffoteaux.co.uk) and select the "PDF Archive" from the "Products" drop down menu.
