Had to cancel a program and washer won't restart now and cannot return to factory settings. Tried unplugging it and pressing "start/pause/cancel" button for 3 seconds as manual says but it still won't restart or fully cancel previous program.
Any advice? Please, this is a brand new machine and I have stacks of washing to get through.
