Can anyone recommend on what to do with this?

We have lived in the house for almost 2 years now (newly built 2020)

Never had reason to go in the loft at all as we cannot use it as storage, but went up this morning and found that one of the blocks on the gable end has half of it missing, not even a crsck down the joint or middle.

I have attached a photo also.

Any ideas on what we can do with this? We have the developers warranty for 2 years and 10 years builders guarantee as well.

I would think its not an issue if its gable wall and not a party wall. Just think of the damage and mess of blokes climbing in the loft, grinding out blocks to replace etc, put foot though ceiling etc and cover the insulation in dust and mortar for little benefit except visual?? Maybe bit of foam if its a draft etc??
