Broken concrete at the base of the soil pipe

At the base of the soil pipe leading to the drain, there is a hole in the concrete which reveals the main sewer pipe.

What is the best way to repair the hole?

Ideally a dig and replace the clay with plastic using a DC115 onto the cast and AC4000 onto the clay.

Loads of people would stuff a bag in then concrete over.

Get yourself a borescope for your smartphone - have a look inside through the hole - if it's not cracked you can go for the bag+crete
