Broken Tilt and Slide Patio

I have a Tilt and Slide patio door made by Siegenia. I opened it this morning and the top of the door came flying into the room.
There were some small pieces of black plastic that appeared to be broken and fell out of the top runner, can anyone advise me on what to do next please?
