BTU Ratings

Hi, my next door neighbour is installing a combi central heating system himself and he wants to make sure he gets the right kind and size of boiler. The total BTU for all of the radiators is 41k BTU's. It's a 3 bed semi.

Could anyone please suggest the best make of combi boiler to get and size. Thanks very much. Cheers...

there is a 10meg .zip file you can download... i think it was for calculating requirements.but i cant remember the link.

Just get a 28 kw combi because you need at least that for the hot water output. KISS
