All started with bubbling paint on this bit of wall by the back door.
Can anyone advise a novice on a fairly easy fix that might last a while please?
Most of paint came off like wallpaper & I've taken a little slightly hollow sounding plaster off.
Have concrete, pva, zinsser 123 plus, finishing plaster all lurking in the shed but could get something else if needed.
Can see loads of other threads on this but am still bit confused.
