I've had the developer replace the window sill many times but has always missed the root cause of the issue.
Does anyone know how i find the source of the leak and the trades person i would source to help
I've put marine silicon on outside along the strip of the window sill but think the issue may be that the window sill somehow goes into the lead flashing.
