Hi,

I have just bought a Bosch Double Oven Product number HBM13B160B, it states the cable should be H05 V v-F or higher, can you advise?

At the moment I'm using the cable I had from the old cooker but I'm having my Kitchen fitted & that wont be long enough, I know in the shops the cable will be very dear so I'm hoping to get it on-line.

Also, I'm just about to buy a Hob, can this be Hard wired into the same junction as the Cooker?

Thanks

I advise using H05VVF or better. Does it state what size to use?

Probably.

What rating is the circuit?

Ask the electrician to swap the cooker outlet plate for a dual one.

Not sure what junction you have, but flex will be connected to appliance via outlet, could be a dual plate.
You would be advised to call in to your local electrical trade supplier, take in the spec for appliance and ask for a two metre length of heat resistant flex.
Will be cheaper than on-line purchase after P&P is added.

Thanks,

I don't know, Ill have to look.

Didn't know you could get Dual cooker outlet plate.

Thanks, Ill buy one.

Lets start again shall we?

What is the existing fuse rating for the circuit?

What is the load in w / kw / amps of the oven AND the hob?

Thanks, no need to start again  as I stated ill have to check the load rating when I get home.

As for the Hob, I haven't got it yet but most need hard wiring so I will buy a Double plate to connect both if need be.

Thanks
