Builder has used wrong colour render!

It says cement based, but then says waterproof.

Can i paint this or does it need to come off and start again?

But i dont know what type of paint, it says its water resistant and breathable suggesting its silicone yet it says cement based.

it also talks about applying primers which appear to cost 100 pounds

I'd leave it alone. Wrong colour is preferable to the right colour peeling off in a couple of years.

How wrong is it? I'd be inclined to not care, but I'm me!
