Builders Sand For Concrete Yes Or No?

I have a bit of a dilemma. I have a quantity of builders sand and I would appreciate your opinions on mixing it with gravel to make concrete. The intended use would be to secure fence posts. I should say I usually always use ballast or sharp sand and gravel.

the sand used in all in ballast round here isnt a million miles from building sand....
it’s only fence posts.
