Hi

Could anyone tell me how these balustrades are fixed in place. I know spacers are set in between them but are any actually screwed in or do they rely on being packed tight within the underside of the rail and bottom rail track?

Thanks

I've only done one before so someone with more experience might be able to comment but......

The top and bottom rail will have a rebate which the balusters fit into. Top and bottom you'll have a filler piece that buts up against the baluster which you can then pin down. It's the spacer that holds them in place.

When setting them in you have to make sure that you put several balusters in the rebates before fitting the spacers otherwise you won't get the last few in.
