Hi All,

Looking for advice – our building (freehold – block of 4 flat) got repainted back in 2018 summer. And some of the white demarcation / facias (not sure what is the right word for this) got some algae’s.

I was wondering what was the best way to maintain the aesthetic of this.

Would a window cleaner be an option to wash the “white facias / wall”

Many thanks,

If you on a busy street it possibly dirty and muck too. Window cleaner will probably do it on his rounds. Might be a good idea to get gutters emptied/cleaned too.
