Built under to built in oven?

Hey,
can anyone help me with an oven problem?
I currently have a Built-Under double oven(gas), and need to replace it - very old & worn out. can it be replaced with a built in oven? (either double or single)
power supply to it can be sorted out, but is there any reason why this cannot be done? (allowing for sizes and ventilation, etc.)
