Butt hinges for exterior use

I need some satin/stainless 100mm butt hinges for use an exterior out building. Bought these ones http://www.toolstation.com/shop/Iro...d3101/Grade+11+Ball+Bearing+Fire+Hinge/p99736 in satin but they're already rusting which is weird because isn't grade 11 in reference to the stainless steel?

Anyone recommend some hinges that don't rust?

Solid brass ones. Avoid plated they are rubbish.
