The property now has Absolute Title and freehold but my Solicitor still has doubts over the land ownership, why ? I'm not quite sure

You would think so but I'm I would that to gain Absolute Title LR would need a bit more than a fence, they would need documents of some sort otherwise wouldn't they grant Possessory Title, cover their backs and not be liable themselves ?. There are 1000's of plots of lands unregistered were the owner is unknown just sat dormant.
