Byron W-252 doorbell

Hi everyone

I have moved into a new house that has what I think is a Byron W252 doorbell installed. The bell isn't working and I can't get the cover off the chime, anyone know how to do this?

The cover just pulls off with most of those, or gently try a small screwdriver in the bottom corner and lever it off/.
