I have purchased a property and it has a alarm set in the property it is a CO23-203 Iss.1 alarm I have no idea what the code is or how to totally reset the box so i can enter a code, please has anyone got any ideas?

Down power system put nvm reset link on power up remove link now defaulted to 1234 user and 7890 engineer, enter code 1234 box up system press 1234# to reset.
