C&K Security Systems

I've just bought a new home and we've got a C&K Security Systems CO23-203 Iss 1 alarm.

Unfortunately the previous owners have no idea what the code is.

Can anyone please advise how we factory reset it and set up our own code? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
